Becky Hocking

 

Chartered MCIPD,
BSc (Hons) Psychology,
Post Graduate Certificate in HR Management

Becky has proven experience in managing all aspects of HR in both large unionised environments as well as supporting organisations in the private sector. Recent roles and responsibilities have included; transformational change (including TUPE, large scale restructures, redundancy); complex case management; tribunal claims management; project management; employee relations management; mediation and dispute resolution; absence management, performance management; strategic workforce planning; development of HR policies and strategies; analysis of workforce key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities to improve business efficiency; controlling, monitoring and projecting workforce costs for organisations with pay budgets in excess of £70 million.

Recent appointments include roles as Senior Strategic HR Business Partner and HR Strategic Lead for a national organisation. 

Trish Ferguson-Jay

Trish has extensive experience in delivering workforce management solutions in both large, complex unionised organisations and smaller independent organisations across the full HR/OD portfolio including: operational and transformational change management (including TUPE, Restructures, Redundancies); organisational development; complex case management; staff development; project management;  team building; employee relations management; mediation and dispute resolution; absence management, terms and conditions development; workforce performance management; HR policy audits and development;  management development training; tribunal claims management; job evaluation and strategic workforce planning.

 

She is also a voice coach and loves to work with clients on presentation skills.
